Our shipping benefits :
Our gloves are small and light, which means we can provide very cost-effective and efficient shipping for our customers all over the world.
We ship with trusted Royal Mail for domestic shipments, DHL Global Mail for international postal services and FedEx for international express services.
We have done tests with one and two pairs of gloves in their packaging and they have successfully fitted though letterboxes whilst out, so fingers crossed your letterbox is like ours.
However, this is unlikely to be the same for three pairs of winter gloves, so a cycle to the local sorting office might be on the cards!
We offer tracked Royal Mail services that usually take around 2-3 working days and are fully tracked.
If you need a speedier service, please get in touch and we will try our best to help.
We now send all our parcels with a tracked service so you can follow your gloves' movements around the world. Delivery times vary depending on destination.
Shipping times as a general rule :
- UK : 2-3 Working Days
- EU : 3-5 Working Days
- International : 8-10 Working Days
EU 🇪🇺 : We are registered in the EU, so there are NO EU Customs/Duties on orders under €150
South Korea 🇰🇷 There are are NO Customs/Duties on orders under $150
Please note that for other international orders, the purchaser will be responsible for any local customs import taxes if they arrise, which is the norm.

Returns and refunds
Please take care when picking your size. We have tried to make this as easy as possible for you. If you have any questions please drop us a line and we will do our best to help.
If your gloves still don't fit or if you find a fault, then we can offer an exchange in an alternative size or a refund if preferred.
As a small business just starting out, we can't offer fully free returns at the moment.
However, if you want to change your glove for another size we will send out the new one free of charge.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the original order, to organise an exchange or refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Christmas extended returns or exchange period lasts from 12th Nov - 30th Jan.
For all other orders please return items within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a replacement or refund. Gloves must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and unwashed.
Please also make sure all returned gloves are packaged well with your name or order number within. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the return post.
